How can I place an order?
After choosing the product, select add to cart, add other products in the same way or click 'proceed'. Confirm or change your shipping address. If you have a discount code to use, enter it. Choose the payment method you wish to use and click on 'proceed to order'. If your order is successful, you will be redirected to the Thank You page and you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

What are the shipping costs?
To ensure that your shipping costs are appropriate and true, our system will calculate the actual shipping costs based on the products you choose and the delivery address. You will be able to view them during checkout before proceeding with your purchase.
What is the delivery time?
5/10 working days if the product is in stock or 20/30 working days if the item is to be manufactured. Delivery times are indicated on the product sheets and in the shopping cart.
How do I add a product to my shopping cart?
Adding a product to your shopping cart is simple, within the product page you just have to choose the desired quantity and click on the "Add to cart" button. On the top right hand side, the cart status will be updated with the quantities of the products entered.
Does adding products to the shopping cart force a purchase?
You can add and delete products from the shopping cart at any time. They can be viewed by clicking on "View Cart" and from this section you can make the desired changes and conclude the purchase by clicking "Proceed to Checkout".
Are prices VAT included?
All prices displayed include VAT, according to the rates currently in force.
Is it safe to use digital payment methods on Vikasa Home?
The payment system is secure and complies with European privacy directives. The payment data you enter will be encrypted using SSL technology "https://" and will not be stored in our systems in any way or at any time.
How can I track the shipment of my parcel?
We will inform you of the departure of your order by sending an email to the address you used when placing your order.
What happens if the courier does not find me at the time of delivery?
The courier in charge of delivery will make 2 delivery attempts to the address indicated in the order. If you are absent on the second delivery attempt, the parcel will be stored at the nearest branch. Our customer service will contact you to arrange a new delivery.
How can I make a return?
Making a return is easy, just follow the instructions in the "Right of return" section.
How and when will I receive my refund?
To proceed with the refund, the returned product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all its components and must not have been assembled.
Refunds will be made to the same payment method used when ordering. In the case of bank transfer, our customer service will ask you to provide the IBAN.
