Notice on the right of withdrawal pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 21/2014 implementing Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, amending Directives 93/13/EEC and 1999/44/EC and repealing Directives 85/577/EEC and 97/7/EC.

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the concluded contract, without any penalty, due to a change of mind, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the Consumer receives the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an explicit statement sent to Customer Service.

Within the following 14 days, the Consumer must return the Products to the Seller by sending or delivering them to:

clearly indicating the relevant return code or order number.

The risks and costs of transport related to returning the Products to the Seller shall be borne by the Consumer.

The products must be returned intact and complete with all accessories and, where possible, in their original packaging.

The product may be opened and inspected, but must not be used beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

In the case of products requiring assembly, full assembly may result in a decrease in the value of the goods and affect the refund amount.

The Products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment.

Once it has been verified that the products have been returned in the conditions described above, the Seller will proceed with the due refund.

The Seller may withhold the refund until the Products have been received or until the Consumer has provided proof of having returned the Products, whichever occurs first.


Refunds for non-conformity

In the event that the return request is due to a lack of conformity of the products, the Consumer must contact Customer Service via the platform providing:

  • an adequate description of the issue encountered
  • any photographic material (packaging and product)

necessary to allow Customer Service to process the request.

Any refunds or replacements will be carried out after appropriate checks.

The products must be returned intact and complete with all accessories and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Once it has been verified that the products have been returned in the conditions described above, the Seller will proceed with the refund of the amount due.

The Seller will refund the Consumer the total amount paid, including standard delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the Consumer’s choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by the Seller).


Order cancellation requests

In case of a request to cancel an order due to a change of mind or error by the Consumer, the Consumer must promptly notify the Seller of the decision.

If the order has not yet been handed over to the courier, it will be canceled and refunded.

If the order has already been handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled. In this case, the Consumer may refuse delivery and will be refunded the cost of the product, excluding shipping costs.

The refund will be issued once it has been verified that the products have been returned to the sender or warehouse in their original packaging, intact, unassembled, and unused.


Order changes

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address provided at the time of ordering.

It is not possible to request changes to the delivery address provided at the time of ordering. In case of an error, it must nevertheless be promptly communicated via Customer Service.

The Seller will attempt to communicate the new address to the courier, but delivery to the new address is not guaranteed.

In the event of failed delivery due to an incorrect address, recipient absence, or failure to collect the shipment within the time limits set by the courier, shipping costs and any return costs may be deducted from the refund.

These costs may vary depending on the type of product, weight, and destination country.


Shipping

The order placed will be delivered to the address indicated by the Consumer according to the methods communicated at the time of ordering, subject to product availability or force majeure.

The delivery times communicated at the time of ordering are to be considered indicative and may vary depending on product availability, shipment destination, and any circumstances beyond the Seller's control. In any case, delivery will be made in compliance with applicable regulations. If delivery is attempted within the indicated time frame but the recipient is absent, the courier will make a second delivery attempt.

If the second attempt is also unsuccessful due to the Consumer’s absence, the goods will be held in storage.

Customer Service will contact the Consumer to arrange a new delivery.

In case of no response or further failed delivery, the package will be returned to the sender. The Seller will refund the amount paid, withholding a flat-rate amount for return costs according to the table indicated above.

If the Consumer wishes to receive the product again, they must place a new order.


Delivery with reservation

Upon receipt of the products at their address, the Consumer is invited to verify their integrity and compliance with the order confirmation.

In case of discrepancies or visibly damaged packaging, the Consumer is invited to accept the delivery with reservation or refuse it, reporting the issue to the courier and promptly informing Customer Service.

Immediate notification to the courier facilitates the handling of any claims or requests for refund or replacement.
