Order processing

Orders paid by credit card, PayPal, or other instant payment methods are processed as soon as payment confirmation is received.

For orders paid by bank transfer, order preparation will begin only after the payment has been successfully credited.

Shipping times

Shipping times may vary depending on product availability:

• 5–10 business days for available products
• 20–30 business days for items made or sourced upon request

In some cases, products may be shipped directly from our suppliers’ warehouses.

Delivery

Items will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase, via courier.

The indicated delivery times are estimated and may vary due to causes beyond Ambrosia Trade’s control, such as courier delays, logistical conditions, or force majeure.

Order tracking

Where available, the customer may monitor the shipment status by accessing their personal area “My Orders” on the website.

Check upon delivery

Upon delivery, the customer is invited to verify:

• the integrity of the packaging
• that the product matches the order

In case of damaged packaging or visible anomalies, the customer is invited to accept the package with reservation or refuse delivery, specifying the reason to the courier.

Immediate notification facilitates the handling of any claims or assistance requests.
